I'm Prabin Phasikawo, a software engineer and app team lead from Bhaktapur, Nepal. I design, build and ship apps for iOS, Android and the web, with Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform and native code. AI agents are part of every step of my work, and I review, test and release everything myself.

01 · Skills
Eleven years of hands-on engineering, from pixel-perfect UI to shared business logic, APIs and release pipelines.
One codebase for Android and iOS without losing native feel. Shared logic, state and networking; native UI where it matters.
Native apps in Swift and SwiftUI, from maps and live location to background work and App Store review.
Modern Android with Compose and Coroutines, foreground services, R8 and Play Store release management.
Agent-driven development every day, and LLM features inside products: vision, voice, summaries and assistants.
Fast, accessible front ends and the APIs behind them, plus serverless functions and technical SEO.
Started as a designer, so I think in flows and details: wireframes, prototypes and interfaces people enjoy using.
How I engineer
02 · AI-powered engineering
I've used Claude and coding agents every day for years, across real client codebases. AI handles the volume; I bring architecture, judgment and the testing that production needs.
Agents map an unfamiliar codebase in minutes: architecture, data flow and fragile spots. I review the map and set the plan.
Claude Code writes, refactors and migrates under clear project rules. Every change is read, built and run on real devices before it ships.
LLM features that are useful and safe: vision OCR, voice input, summaries and assistants, with validators, fallbacks and cost limits.
Release checklists, store listings, crash triage and documentation kept current by agents, so the team spends its time on the product.

Daily AI toolkit
03 · Services
I've worked as a designer, web developer, SEO analyst, iOS developer and team lead, so I can own the whole product or step into one layer of it.
LLM features, AI assistants, document and image understanding, voice input and AI back ends with quotas, caching and fallbacks.
Native iOS and Android, or one codebase with Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform. Maps, live tracking, payments, chat and calls.
Fast, SEO-ready marketing sites and web apps: dashboards, admin panels and SaaS front ends that work on every screen.
Turning requirements into technical plans, leading small teams, mentoring, code review and getting releases through App Store and Play review.
04 · Selected work
A few of the products where I owned the engineering: architecture, code, testing and release.
Bhutan's all-in-one super app
One app for Bhutan: Smart Mart groceries, international shopping, buy-rent-sell, B-Mobile recharge, nearby places, real-time flight booking, wallet and payments in Ngultrum. I lead the mobile rebuild on Kotlin Multiplatform, so Android and iOS share one tested core.
Role Lead mobile engineer
Luxury chauffeur platform, France
A premium mobility platform for hotels and high-end venues. Guests book chauffeured luxury vehicles; vetted drivers receive, accept and complete jobs. Two apps per platform, passenger and chauffeur, with live GPS tracking and dispatch.
Role Mobile engineer, iOS lead
Restaurant POS & management for Nepal
Our own product. Counter, kitchen, tables and day-end cash in one system that runs in the browser, with VAT bills, Fonepay and khata the way Nepali restaurants actually work. The AI layer turns a photo of a supplier bill into a purchase entry, takes orders by voice and writes a nightly summary in English and Nepali.
Role Co-founder, product & engineering
Trucking driver app, USA
The driver app for Double Leap LLC's transport-management system. Truck drivers across the US receive and accept loads, share live location for on-time tracking, chat with dispatch and follow their earnings on a dashboard.
Role Mobile engineer
Ride and transfer platform for Australian drivers: job board, document uploads, accept-or-reject flow and payouts. Designed, built and shipped solo.
App StoreCross-platform point of sale for restaurants and retail: menu, orders, payments, register closing and sales reports on Android, iOS, Windows and macOS.
posorbit.comThe driver side of Amheer: availability, job offers, trip execution and profile, with background location built to keep battery use low.
App StoreA small desktop companion that finds USB and network thermal printers and prints bills and kitchen tickets straight from the browser POS.
Part of SathiPOSProducts and prototypes in active development.
Vision and voice for restaurants: bill photo to purchase draft, fuzzy supplier matching, stock forecasts and a checked nightly summary.
A super app concept for Nepal: payments, services and commerce in one place, with a phased roadmap and business plan.
On-demand home services marketplace. Full feature spec and UI flows for customers, providers and admins.
Uses an LLM to pull structured product data (titles, prices, variants, images) from any e-commerce page.
05 · Experience
I started in design and web, moved through SEO, then mobile and leadership. Each step added a layer of the product I now build end to end.

Straight answers about working together. Anything else, just ask.
I use AI coding agents such as Claude Code every day to read codebases, write and refactor code, and automate releases, and I review, build and test every change myself. You get senior-level quality with much shorter delivery times.
Yes. I've shipped apps for clients in Bhutan, France, Australia and the USA. I work remotely, overlap with European and Asian business hours, and communicate in English.
iOS (Swift, SwiftUI), Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), cross-platform with Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform, and web with Next.js, React, Node.js or WordPress.
Yes: document and photo understanding, voice input, chat assistants, summaries and smart search, built with validation, fallbacks and cost limits so they hold up in production.
Yes. I start with a short audit of the architecture, crashes and release setup, then fix the riskiest issues first and get regular releases going again.
